The Asian American Cultural Center (AsACC) at UConn has been considered a home and safe space for many. As a general staff and regular at the Center, I have met and befriended many of the regulars and fellow coworkers/staff.
Through this animation, I aimed to showcase the diverse backgrounds of the regulars that come to the Center and show appreciation for the Center's welcoming energy accepting people from a vast range of APIDA ethnicities.
In addition to this, AsACC is home to 50+ student organizations that the Center oversees ranging from Greek Life, cultural clubs, dance/singing, religious clubs, community service, and many more.
Combining my creative skills with my love and thankfulness for the Center, I hope to show my appreciation and love through my creative efforts.
